Hi, I'm Rhea Zhan — a lifestyle real estate strategist and the founder of Rheal Estate PH, your gateway to the most unique and high-value investment properties in the Philippines.

My connection to islands and resorts isn't just professional — it's personal. My family has operated a beach resort in Surigao since 2008, and in 2024 opened Pebble Peninsula, a 24-room resort and events place set between the beach and a river, featuring 3 cabanas, a beach cottage, and an on-site restaurant/café. This firsthand experience gives me a working understanding of what actually makes a coastal property valuable — access, guest flow, operational costs, and long-term return, not just an attractive listing photo.

My understanding of real estate also goes back to childhood — my parents have been active in commercial leasing, commercial and residential construction for years, and our family has partnered with established builders on residential projects in Metro Manila.

Beyond brokering, I've run my own hospitality ventures too. In 2018, I started hosting our family home in Davao on Airbnb before handing it to my brother, who continued running it successfully. That experience brought me back to Manila, where I began my real estate career in 2019. Today, I operate a staycation and short-term rental unit at Azure, which I purchased pre-selling and personally renovated and designed.
